The stay was absolutely brilliant. The place was exceptional and reasonably priced and the staff were responsive, the location was excellent on the beautiful Moikia River embankment. Location: the hotel was not far from center of Saint Petersburg. Everything was immaculate, the room was a nice size with all the amenities of a luxury apartment.

The facilities here are great and there's a shuttle service to the airport.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and neatly furnished. The location is ideal for sightseeing in the city. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant that can be recommended.

had a relaxing stay in the winter holidays, everything was perfect. very central location close to moscow train station and including hermitage museum and the center, it was in a pretty area.

The location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast at the sister restaurant next door was delicious and offered a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

The location, equipment, staff are perfect!

Unfortunately, for breakfast no fruits were served, except oranges. The jam selection is more than limited: only one variety of cranberries. So I could not quite enjoy the sensational blini.

While the location is a given (brilliant) and the quality of the hotel refurbishment is up there with the best, it is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that make this bijoux in the heart of the city a fantastic find. no question or request for assistance was too much trouble, and their English is perfect. They made our stay a huge success.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with close proximity to all the main touristic attractions. It is also close to very reasonable restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and the facilities are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is delicious.

Amazing hotel, amazing location, amazing city. From the visa invite to the day we departed the staff at the hotel treated us like VIPs. A gem of a find - we will definitely stay there next time we visit St Petersburg.

Not only a very high quality property but incredibly convenient to major attractions especially the Hernitage and Church on the Spilled Blood. Tremendous breakfast, too!
